Deadlift synchronization happens at the top of the deadlift. The hips and knees must be locked out and the shoulders must be behind the barbell and inline with the hips. Shoulder to overhead synchronization happens at the top of the lift. The hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows must be locked out with the bar above the middle of the body. Toe to bar synchronization happens when the feet make contact the pull-up bar. Both feet must make contact with the bar at the same time between the hands.
