2017 Week 3 – Online Event
Welcome to “Benchmark Week”, a Summer Series tradition! For this week’s online workout, 2 Athletes not used in Online Workout 1 or 2 complete:
“CrossFit Open 12.1”

Burpees to a 6” Target
Both athletes will complete this workout separately as written. Athletes do not have to synchronize their movement. Even though the workouts are “independent”, both athletes must complete the workout in the same video submission.
The height of the target must be no less than 6 inches above the Athlete’s fingertips when they are standing, feet together, with a straight line through their wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip and knees. The Athlete should be shrugging their shoulders and reaching as high as possible, while the measurement is being made. Prior to starting the workout, film the measuring of the target to be 6 inches above the Athlete’s max reach.
This workout begins from a standing position. On 3-2-1-Go,The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach.
If the Athlete touches with just one hand or misses, they may re-jump to complete the rep without dropping back to the ground. The use of a springy floor is not allowed.

Score is total reps completed by both athletes.
